- Modification of Services: We reserve the right to modify, update, alter, or discontinue any parameters, specific details, features, or content of any of our services—including but not limited to the Investing Newsletter, Ticker Assessment, and Portfolio Assessment—at any time, at our sole discretion, without prior notice or consultation.
- Service Delivery & Response Times: Any response times/feedback times or delivery windows (specified in days or hours) indicated for our services (Investing Newsletter, Ticker Assessment, and Portfolio Assessment) are strictly for informational and reference purposes. While we make every effort to adhere to these timelines based on operational capacity, adherence may not always be possible due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to illness, unexpected downtime, technical disruptions, or scheduled maintenance.
In the event of such planned or unplanned service interruptions, we will endeavor to inform our clients via the Client Area – Operational Updates section. Delays resulting from these or similar events do not entitle the user to compensation, and we shall not be held liable for any damages or losses arising therefrom. - Portfolio Assessment Capacity & Scope of Service: Our Portfolio Assessment service is subject to strict capacity limits per single order, strictly determined by the selected service tier:
– BASIC: Maximum of 5 different shares/tickers in the portfolio.
– STANDARD: Maximum of 15 different shares/tickers in the portfolio.
– ELITE: Maximum of 45 different shares/tickers in the portfolio.
These stated limits are absolute, non-divisible, and apply strictly to the analysis of a single (1) unified portfolio per transaction. Upon the delivery of our completed Portfolio Assessment report, our service obligations under that specific order are deemed fully executed and completed, regardless of whether the submitted portfolio contained fewer shares than the maximum limit permitted by the selected tier.
Under no circumstances can the maximum share limit be split or distributed across multiple separate portfolios, nor is the user entitled to submit a subsequent, additional, or alternative portfolio to utilize any remaining capacity under the same order. The service is strictly limited to one portfolio per purchase. To have multiple distinct portfolios assessed, users must purchase a separate, appropriate service package for each individual portfolio, corresponding to the number of shares contained therein. - Intellectual Property & Anti-Piracy: All content, including Newsletters, the redfox Portfolios Investing Strategy, and methods, is our exclusive property. Each PDF is digitally watermarked to track the original subscriber. Unauthorized sharing, reproduction, or resale is strictly prohibited. Violations result in immediate membership termination without refund and potential legal action.
- No Commercial Use: You are granted a personal, non-exclusive license. You may not use our data to create your own commercial product, advisory service, or public database.
- Investing Strategy: Proper interpretation of our data requires full knowledge of the Investing Strategy used by redfox Portfolios. Using this information without such knowledge is at your own risk.
- Eligibility: You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use this service.
- Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold redfox Portfolios harmless from any claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of the service.
- Termination: We reserve the right to terminate access for any user who violates these terms or engages in conduct we deem harmful to our business.
